UK and Non-UK Delivery
We understand that once you have placed your order, you will want to get repairing your machine as soon as possible.
If your delivery address is outside the UK there may be import duties and taxes to pay when your order reaches your country. Unfortunately we are unable to cover these or any charges for customs clearance to please bear in mind that you may be required to cover these.
**Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Please note that all prices stated apply to online orders only.
Items Damaged in Transit
We do everything we can to make sure that your order is delivered to you in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel shows signs of damage we would also appreciate it if you reported the damage to us as soon as possible (preferably within 3 working days). You can do this via our contact us page.
Lost Items and Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your order within the time specified, it will probably have experienced a delay between leaving our warehouse and arriving with you. We would appreciate it if you would allow 10 days before contact us in case of such unforeseen delays.
If your order is being delivered to an address outside the UK we need to allow 3 weeks before it can officially be declared “lost in transit” in which case we w ill the initiate a claims process.
In the event that your items do not arrive with you after a reasonable amount of time, (10 days for the UK), we will make efforts to confirm deli very with the Royal Mail. If your items cannot be trace d we may at some stage begin a claims process to recoup the costs of sending and the value of the items sent.
We reserve the right not to process any refunds until after the claims process has been completed. In order to allow us to process a successful claim, and therefore refund you, we may call upon you to provide evidence of non-arrival or of an alternative purchase. Such evidence is used to support our claim with the Royal Mail. We reserve the right not to process refunds until after you have provided any evidence we request from you. If you are unhappy, unsure or uncertain about any of our refund or return policies please do not order from us.
Refund and Return Terms
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for wrongly ordered items.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on postage or returns postage.
Where refunds are considered we will only issue them if the item in question is returned to us signed for delivery in it’s original condition and packaging, not fitted and returned within 7 days of the date received.
If you are uncomfortable with any of our returns or refunds policies, please do not buy.
